I would love to go to every single place on this list. I’ve been to Tibet, Mongolia, and Egypt, but not to the specific places listed on this list. I loved Tibet and Mongolia has it’s own charm. I wish I could spend more time in each.

GE Flip Flash Bulbs

Ryan had these hanging about the closet, so when we cleaned it out I decided to put them on Etsy instead of throwing them away as he suggest. I just sold them all. Awesome! It doesn’t get much better than taking what we thought was worthless and turning it into cash.

Inner Balance

Originally uploaded by pepperperkinsarcher

I completed this puzzle about a month ago. It was pretty easy. I was testing if what Connections puzzles claims about puzzles helping calm you and finding inner peace was true. I don’t know if I did it under the right conditions (in the middle of the kitchen with a son who runs around sword fighting) but at least I had a good time. Connections has a lot of meditative or spiritual/eastern religious art for their puzzles. I think many of them are very beautiful. I’ve done 2 so far and have 2 or so more, but I’m going to save them for a little while longer. If you are interested in their claims about puzzles and the brain, check out the video on their site:

Jordan was pretty funny on the way to the dentist. They gave him some good medicine to help with his anxiety. He’s pretty terrified of needles.

I finished this puzzle last weekend. I loved it!! It was the perfect balance between challenging and fun. It was a 1000 pieces, so it also didn’t take up too much room on the counter. I’m having a hard time deciding which puzzle to do next.

I also finished reading the book “Fortress in Time” by CJ Cherryh. I had a hard time getting into the book. She kept loosing me with all the details, but by the end I enjoyed it and liked the characters. I can’t decide if I want to read the second one or not. I have switched to reading a book my mom gave me called “Chalice” by Robin McKinley. It’s an easy read and enjoyable.

Mustache Pacifier

On Etsy we have had 5,262 views, 110 people have listed it as a favorite, and 35 sales. Not bad!

In the future I want a laser cutter to cut the mustaches.
