Foggy Day

Originally uploaded by pepperperkinsarcher

It’s rainy again today, but that’s okay as I have many things I could do inside. I took this picture on a walk the other day. I love how green it is here so I guess I’ll need to learn to appreciate the rain and the fog.

Cat & Kitten

Originally uploaded by pepperperkinsarcher

I miss Midnight. I’m contemplating getting another cat this summer. I don’t want to do it until after the honeymoon as it would be mean to get one and then leave it for 3-4 weeks.

Alaskan Cream Ale

Well I’ve finished the first puzzle and have requested a new piece. I’ll let you know how that goes. This is the 1000 piece Mizrah puzzle from Pomegranate puzzles. The only problem with redoing a puzzle is that I finish them too fast. This one took a day and I didn’t work all day on it.

UPDATE: I received the missing puzzle piece in the mail yesterday (June 29th).  That was fast.  I am impressed with Pomegranate’s customer service, which makes me doubly happy since I love the quality of their puzzles.  I was worried at first because the envelope arrived with a corner ripped, so I was sure it had fallen out but the people at Pomegranate thought of that and put it in another envelope inside with a neat card as well.  Man I like this company!  Too bad they aren’t in Alaska, wouldn’t it be a great job to put together puzzles and get paid.  I’ll keep dreaming.

Puzzle Pieces

Unfortunately the two puzzles I needed pieces for weren’t on there, but I went to the Educa official website/lost piece http://www.educa.es/eng/consumer_care/gestion_5.php and found that if you puzzle is part of the missing piece program then you can apply to get the piece in the mail. I also went to the Pomegranate puzzle website and found out that I had to have a receipt and apply within a year. I didn’t have either so I emailed the company and they were kind of enough to let me send in my info anyway and if they have the puzzle still I can get my missing piece.

Here’s my only problem. I put both these puzzles together awhile ago and don’t know which piece is missing so I need to put them both together ASAP. So, I better get on it. I want to have those missing pieces otherwise these puzzles are worthless. I wouldn’t even want to give them away. That would be spreading disappointment.

To the Barns
