Octopus Fight

I had cupping done at my Traditional Chinese Medicine appointment. They didn’t use the heated cups, but instead simple suction cupping. I think I’m going to find a place to do the heated ones so I can compare. Anyway, it doesn’t hurt, but it does feel strange, as it pulls on your skin. Cupping is used to balance your Yin and Yang.

Trying to take a picture of your own back is really difficult. At least I was able to get two of my really dark cupping marks. I guess I had a lot of toxins I needed to remove.
